WASHINGTON, D.C. – Citing U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe’s (R-Okla.) long-lasting efforts in Congress to improve community health centers across the nation, the Porter Health Center in Porter, Okla. in conjunction with the Arkansas Verdigris Valley Health Centers, Inc. recently honored Inhofe with the Award of Appreciation.
“It is a tremendous honor to receive the Award of Appreciation from Porter Health Center and Arkansas Verdigris Valley Health Centers,” said Inhofe. “I commend their dedicated efforts to improving the health and wellbeing of Oklahomans. Their continued service is invaluable to my home state, and I look forward to continue working on their behalf in Congress to advance new health initiatives that will benefit our nation’s health centers and the lives of people in need.”
The award, presented by the Board of Directors for the Arkansas Verdigris Valley Health Centers, Inc, is in appreciation for Inhofe’s continued interest and support of the Porter Health Center in Porter, Okla.
