WASHINGTON — U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) today voted to confirm Christopher Wray as FBI Director. He was confirmed by a vote of 92-5.
“We are facing greater threats from around the globe than I have seen in my lifetime. Strong leadership at all of our national intelligence agencies is essential for our national security. Christopher Wray is a competent and capable leader who has received support from across the political spectrum and I am pleased the Senate has confirmed him to lead the FBI.
