WASHINGTON, D.C. – This week, U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) welcomed fellow Oklahoman Katie Schlotthauer to Washington, D.C. Schlotthauer, appointed by Inhofe, will serve as a Senate Page during the Spring 2012 semester.

“I am delighted to have such a talented and hardworking individual working on Capitol Hill,” said Inhofe. “The Senate Page Program holds the highest prestigious honor as Members of Congress select only the brightest youth to serve. Katie’s credentials and accomplished academic record make her an excellent candidate to fill this esteemed position. I believe her strong work ethic and servant heart will make her a great asset to her peers and the Senate Page Program. I look forward to the semester ahead as I witness Katie represent Oklahomans on Capitol Hill.”
