Many Oklahomans wish to obtain flags for commemorative, ceremonial, or personal use. These flags may be flown over the United States Capitol Building on any day of the year and our office would be happy to make the arrangements for you. In order to efficiently process your request, please note the following instructions.
If you are a resident of Oklahoma and are experiencing problems with any federal agency or need assistance, please complete, print and sign the privacy release form and fax, email or mail it to my Tulsa or Oklahoma City offices.
The story of my involvement with intercountry adoption is a very personal one. My granddaughter, Zegita Marie, or “Z-girl” as I call her, was adopted by my daughter Molly from an orphanage in Ethiopia as a baby.
